Refund policy

Returns & exchange can be done within 7 days from the date of delivery.

-  The product should be in its new original state

-  VAMP’D has the right to decline the return or exchange request if the product is used, damaged, or soiled.

-  In case of refund, once we receive the item in our warehouse, we will issue a refund with the item's price minus the shipping fees.

-  The customer has the right unpack the order package at the time of delivery, and return it to the courier if he/she does not like it and pay only the shipping fees.
